Simple Creations
Simple Creations is a business run by SOWIC’s young adults in the Transition Program. Simple Creations, formerly The Sudzery, was reformed in 2021. Simple Creations can create items for any of your special occasions such as sports and school activities, family reunions, celebrations, and business events. The young adults currently create and design t-shirts, tumblers, candles, soaps, and wax melts. Each year the goal of the business is to add or rotate the products.
About Us
The Adult Transition Program at SOWIC is designed to teach students the basic entrepreneurship skills needed to run and operate a business. The curriculum enhances students’ reading, math, social communication, listening and problem-solving skills. The young adults involved in this program are able to walk away with additional resume building skills that will assist them in the future as they find employment that is best suited to their ability.
